Nice location close to a national park, free Wi-Fi and good prices.
Staff provide conflicting information on activities leading to confusion and frustration. Would recommend bringing your own food or dining elsewhere.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt welcome throughout my time here. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with my room being immaculate upon arrival. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a spa bath in my room and direct access to the pool. The pool itself was warm and well-maintained, providing the perfect temperature for a refreshing swim. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of amenities such as a mini zoo, a night water fountain show, and a garden gallery.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

I had such a wonderful time at this place! The location was perfect, with a beautiful park just around the corner. The restaurant served delicious food, and I absolutely loved the small zoo they had onsite. The highlight for me, though, was the flower exhibition. It was absolutely stunning! I spent hours exploring the gardens and even got to try some ice cream made from flowers. The whole experience was so luxurious and the service was top-notch. I definitely felt pampered and well-taken care of during my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great place for an Easter getaway. the resort is surrounded by stunning flowers and nature, making it an ideal location for nature lovers. the rooms were spacious and well-designed; providing all the comfort we needed. We enjoyed the annual flower show with a wide variety of flowers on display. the breakfast was nice with many varieties to choose from. We also loved the musical fountain show after dinner; a perfect way to end the evening.
Although the resort provided free transportation, we found the parking area to be insufficient with limited car spots. Some of the resort staff lacked knowledge on the hotel services, which often left us confused.
